Working Principle:

The dispersing disk is an accessory supporting the high-speed disperser, connected to the main shaft of the high-speed disperser. When the main shaft of the disperser rotates at high speed,

the upper and lower parts of the disc rotate, generating strong shear force through high-speed rotation, and forming turbulence area at the edge of 2.5-5MM, so that the materials can be fully refined and evenly mixed.

The upper and lower teeth of the dispersing disk carry out high-speed shearing, impact, crushing and dispersing of materials such as paint, lacquer, dry powder, solid and liquid,

in order to achieve the state of dissolution, dispersion and refinement, so as to achieve the effect of rapid mixing, dissolution and dispersing.
