Has done wonders for my ibs-d. Won't go without it daily. Plus it help me lose weight bcuz it does something with sugar idk exactly. Been taking this brand for 5 years now and recommend it to anyone and everyone. I take it at nt. Oh and my menopause symptoms are sooo mild compared to others and I think it's bcuz of this bcuz my mom had it really bad.

Excellent product

I have had 2 major back injuries, one back surgery, fibromyalgia and arthritis. I do not take any type of pain relief chemical. I have zero pain. I was once in daily pain and it wore me out every day. This changed my quality of life in a way I never would have believed. I'm so happy I gave this a try at the recommendation of a friend. It's been 4 years since I've been using this. My body has not become immune to it as is customary with pills and you end up needing stronger doses. When starting out, take 1 tablet a day for a week then 2 a day after that. I have done both the liquid and the capsules. Although the liquid doesn't taste good, it is worth the 15 seconds of it.

Drink plenty of water with these capsules especially since they’re longer than than the 500 mg dose that I was use to taking cause those are a small round shape. These are long oval oval capsules, still easy to swallow😉.

A supplement I have used now for quit some time and am very happy with this brand. Softgel capsules are large so keep that in mind when ordering
