I USE THIS AT NIGHT ONLY AND PEOPLE ASK ME WHAT INSTAGRAM FILTER I USE BECAUSE MY SKIN LOOKS SO CLEAR!I do not know what is in it exactly but I put some on after a nightly shower before bed and wake up ,wash and my skin just glows.It is just great stuff.Lines and wrinkles are gone in a couple weeks.That is why I bought the 2 pack. I never want to be with out this stuff!
