Natural chrispy powder with good natural smell without preservative

Has some additives but decent
This is definitely not pure dehydrated garlic. It has a lot of fillers (probably flour) in it. So you will need to add a lot more than you think you need to achieve the desired flavor. In doing so the filler additives might make your item thicker or more doughy as it’s basically acting like flour. So keep this in mind. However it’s good for the price..

No substitute for fresh garlic
The product appears to have too much of a diluting agent, making it very pasty and sticky when added to masalas.However it can be sprinkled on top of items being fried; but here again it leaves alot of left over residue on the pan after frying.My suggestion is that they make smaller packed amounts with less or no diluting agents. Then the product will be great.
