If you've never thought about how landscaping, forced perspective or attention to small details contribute to the aesthetic success of the Disney properties, and feel intrigued, then you may enjoy this book. If you already know these things, from information gathering, or, you know, looking, you may find much of the content a bit obvious. If you have not considered these things- sorry, I guess that was a spoiler.This is probably not a book for die-hard Disney fans who have spent any time reading or thinking about the parks. Maybe if you are an obsessive information completionist for whom learning a few new tidbits justifies the 124 other pages. I guess I was expecting more insider design stories and the pointing out of secret details. It kind of reads like a big advertising pamphlet.

I love all the factoids that I learned from this book! It is a lot of information that I did not know about! I enjoyed this book and I do like the guides that are given for the people who do not know.The shipping was fast and did not have any damage! Shipment was great! Thank you!

This had some interesting information but nothing too surprising, and probably nothing you can't find on the internet. My husband said we should pass it along to someone else after our one time read because it's unlikely we will have it on the bookshelf as a reference or something. But for a plane ride to Disney, it provided some distraction.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I've been to Disneyland a thousand times and this book helped me to learn things I never paid much attention to. Disney has so much to see and do that the details often get overlooked, this really brought some of them out and enhanced our visit.

I bought this book for my Son for Christmas as he is a Disneyland employee. He loves this guide, even though he already knew most of the things the author listed. He did manage to find some hidden gems so he is happy and continuing to expand his knowledge of Disneyland and everything Disney-related.

I was so excited to get this book, as I'm hoping to become an Imagineer when I graduate high school and college. When I got this book I read it and I was disappointed in one sense but definitely happy about it too. I was disappointed that it really isn't the engineering facts but it tells some great stories and interesting facts.

I've been looking at this book for a long time now and finally bought it. I really enjoyed it. Lots of stuff I already knew, but some surprises too!
