So far, so good — I have reordered this product.

So far so good while taking this product! What I’ve noticed is a decrease in appetite which is great. So far I’ve had no negative side effects from taking this product and no bad after taste. There’s been a lot of research done in regard to the benefits of using African Mango. Many of the claims are that African Mango aids in a decrease in appetite. That part for me is holding true! Other research has shown lower blood cholesterol and lower blood sugar. I’m hoping over time this product will help lower my cholesterol levels as well as my blood sugar, that would be awesome! Just the benefit of decreased appetite makes my day so I’m def looking forward to see what the long term benefits will also bring. I don’t plan on changing my diet while being on this product. I eat healthy already and stay away from fast food for the most part. Before going on this product I had just had my annual physical along with blood work. The blood work of course listed my cholesterol levels as well as my blood sugar. Once I’ve used this product for several months I plan to have another round of blood work done so I can compare my numbers. If I see a decent drop in my cholesterol as well as blood sugar I’ll def do an update on this review so others will know how those two areas changed if any. Bottom Line: I Do recommend this product if you’re looking for decreased appetite since that part is working for me so far while taking it. Time will tell on the other areas where there’s been research. I hope this review helps.

I take this African mango capsules daily with Mind Renew and I feel together they work well, I have not been taking it long but it is helping for sure.

Did not curb my hunger for a long time

I received my order of African mango supplements in about 4 day’s. I take the AFRICAN MANGO CAPSULES with my FORSKOLIN CAPSULES TOGETHER TO GO ALONG WITH A LOW CALORIE DIET AND IT WORKS VERY WELL FOR ME, I take them twice a day. The African mango capsules are very hard to find, but not on Amazon they always have them in stock. 🙂💕

When taking a supplement , it is difficult to review unless you've taken it for a period of time. So I can't comment on that since it's only been a couple of weeks. But the quality appears fresh . And I plan on buying more.
