I LOVE this rug! It's so super soft and a really nice size.

The rug is perfect. We put it in our two daughters reading space to sit on and read or play. Just be mindful of the odor this thing puts out after opening. Stick it in the garage or outside for a couple hours. It really stinks at first. The odor does completely go away after a couple hours.

the sizing is accurate, what I mean is that the rug itself is very light. it does not have much weight to it, and I would not be surprised if the fibers stay in place for a long time. I had a thick wool rug like this growing up, and I kept that thing for nearly a decade. I would not expect to get as much as 2 years out of this one. that being said, the kiddo thinks it is cool and the hot pink is super vibrant. also very very soft.

I really like this rug, but I plan on buying a new replacement every year or so. They eventually get a little icky (especially since I have a cat who has made this rug his favorite snuggle spot), but that's the nature of the material it's made out of. They're not washable (trust me, I tried, and it didn't go well). It's cheap enough that I don't mind, though.

My 2yr immediately lay on it and started playing with her toys. She loved it.

I bought this rug to use under a recliner to keep it from sliding when sitting down. The non-skid properties do not work very well. It is very soft and fluffy on the one side, washing it will be a challenge as it needs to be hand washed. It will be difficult to rinse thoroughly.
