There's nothing about this that I don't like ... and I was delighted to find it on Amazon. It's good old fashioned, unbleached baking parchment and lots of it. It's not just good for baking, it has lots of other uses in the kitchen like wrapping meat and cheese and packing up sandwiches. And added 'plus' is that it has a serrated cutting edge in the box which actually CUTS. It's also good and strong, and can in many cases be quickly wiped down, dried and folded away to be re-used (depending on what you use it for, of course).Even though this roll will last me a very long time, I'm tempted to buy another just in case it goes off the market.Price-wise it's actually far cheaper than any of the inferior products you can buy in the supermarket. Highly recommended.
