Really good premium quality gluten free flour that is perfect for baking and perfect for those with dietary requirements and on the FOD Map diet,The flour has the same consistency as regular flour and works well when baking,5/5( Click “Helpful” if this helped ^__^ )

Have tried a few gluten-free substitutes over the years. Can be a bit of a minefield when you find conflicting information on different websites.This is a blend of several grains, designed to be a direct 1:1 substitute for ordinary wheat flour. When I tasted the cake batter, the flour gave it an unpleasantly gritty texture. However, the cupcakes were incredibly light and tender once baked, with no prominent flavours from the flour (though I was making red velvet so this may have been disguised by the mild cocoa flavour).Will be trying this with several different recipes in future, but very happy so far!

I love Doves gluten flour, however a little pricey on Amazon.I can get this cheaper but due to Covid-19 crisis no flour in the stores.Only nowBut still worth it.
