Wow, this is the best massager I’ve ever had! I have two cheap massagers and a top brand leader. The Renpho wins hands down for performance and value. I bought this as my cheaper massagers are not performing well, and the expensive one sounds like a lawn mower. The Renpho is quiet yet powerful. I use it on my tennis elbow, and it’s greatly improved. It’s great for post-workout recovery, and the angled extension handle is a game changer. I can reach every sore spot with ease and without stretching or straining. I’m tall, and I can massage my calf muscles with ease. My wife, on the other hand, found it more comfortable to remove the extension, but she’s considering shorter than me. The USB C charging is fast and easy to use, and it comes with a good variety of heads. However, I usually stick with the firm foam ball as the perfect all-rounder. There are five power levels controlled with the same power On/Off button. I stick with level three for my needs. I'm not sure it is as powerful as my old noisy Theragun but it's not far short. Considering its price and the angled extension handle the Renpho massager is a no-brainer. Buy one now and release that tension you’ll be thank you did.

Brilliant at first. Difference attachments are great. Amazing for getting out knots in my back and legs, but soon became really noisy to use.

As you can see the box arrived quite damaged but the item itself was intact and appears of good quality. The user manual is easy to follow and understandable - although clearly not written by a native English speaker. I am using this for general aged-muscle aches and to some extent to see if the arthritis that is beginning in my hands can be minimized with some gentle massage. So far so good. The extension handle is easy to put on and take off even with Arthritic fingers and is great for getting to all points of the back and also getting to the calf muscles without quite so much bending whilst standing. Overall - impressed. Edited I thought I would give an update now that I have had chance to use this item for a little while. First: the damaged packaging, I think this was caused at the packaging stage within the manufacturer since the cellophane wrap was not stretched or damaged. Thumbs up to Amazon who contacted me when checking my review - it automatically assumed it was them. Nice customer service there Second: I am using this every day for a couple of minutes in total on my hands at the lowest speed of 166rpm (revolutions per minute). The result has been better than I expected. The pain I was experiencing in both hands is no more! I would say a major result although in time I expect the arthritis to get worse. So for now at least I am enjoying the respite Third: the detachable extra reach handle is a bonus and makes getting to all parts of my back so easy. I have not used the device much here only when I have finished gardening and my back aches. Great to get a massage after though. Fourth: battery life is excellent. I am still on the initial charge and at 75% full. Much better than I expected for this priced item Fifth: would I still recommend this Renphoreach? Absolutely. For the price I think I scored on this one :)

Well made. Holds charge via supplied USB-A to USB-C cable very well so far (note: does NOT include a Mains plug to USB Adapter). Powerful pummelling for aching muscles. The in out travel of the oscillating head is fixed at a constant 8mm. So can only adjust frequency - easily done in steps 1 to 5 via a touch sensitive pad. The attachable handle extension allows me to reach the painful knots on my back easily. For some the power might be too much. It needs holding firmly and experimentation with amount of pressure. Too loose a grip, or too light pressure allows the head to bounce which can be painful. Also, users should avoid bony parts like elbows, wrists, shoulderblades, shins, ankles which could get bruised. Does a great job for my needs.

I have a lot of issues with anxiety that can often manifest in knots, tightened muscles, cramps and just general tension as it’s like I’m permanently in a state of “bracing for impact”. It’s not pleasant. My experience with this is that it’s really helpful for alleviating these aches and pains. In my attempts to be more mindful and self aware of what my body is telling me, it’s become easier to identify where issues are occurring. I can then tackle these areas with this massager that not only helps my muscles unwind and alleviate tension, but subsequently helps with unwinding the mind too. I feel so much more relaxed when I use this and I’ve made a routing around using this after work each day to get rid of the pains and tension and then add meditation after to create a sense of calm. It’s not too heavy at all and is easy to hold for a fair amount of time before your arms start getting a bit achey. I think the price point is perfect for what I have got out of this. It feels robust, charges quickly and lasts a long time in a single charge too. The included attachments are perfect for targeting certain areas that are bothersome too and I enjoy the different speeds because you have control over how vigorous or gentle you want the massage to be. My missus has also found this extremely helpful. There’s a bit of an age difference between us and she’s often experiencing aches and pains (the joys of aging). I actually purchased this for her to help her with these initially, but as she raved about it so much I have it a try myself and haven’t looked back. We are by no means ache and tension free, but it has improved this dramatically and makes life that bit easier and more bearable. In my mind, you can’t put a price on that but, at the price that this is at, this is a no brainer to get and try out. I can see this having many benefits for many people of many ages and with a wide variety of medical / mental health issues and I’d highly recommend trying it out for yourself. I have never owned a massage gun before and initially brought one for a bad back I had, it gave good relief and I was happy at that then I was reading the instructions one day and see it was good for plantar fasciitis a condition I have just been living with for the past few years within minutes the general ache had gone a week later of just morning and evening use was getting me through the day fairly pain free and now after 3 weeks the pain has gone I never thought this would have been this successful the battery life is great lasting a week of 2 a day 5min sessions and overall the quality looks ok and it has a nice case to store it in
