The key to the attachment is find the acupuncture points map .I believe that sticky pads are for the muscles relaxation , like in similar electric units . Or could be attached to different acupuncture zones . Black pads reassembling the ear hole . Must be used to stimulate different acupoints . Going to check YouTube if any geeks put their reviews . Hoping that Mr Google find the better manual on the company website . Who knows ?!
