This case is great for carrying all my medication. It is compact and yet holds a lot. The velcro straps are convenient for attaching this case to my backpack and making all my medicine easily accessible. Also comes with a carabiner clip in case the velcro straps are not what you're looking for. The MedBuddy case is durable and has already lasted longer than most of my other cases. Definitely recommend this purchase.

The zipper is a little sticky, but the case holds a lot, I wish that it had an additional flap on the inside to hold a pill bottle, and maybe an inside pocket for the Tile product SLIM so just in case my son misplaces it, I can find it. I love the fact that there are TWO identification cards, one on the inside and the other on the outside in a clear vinyl sleeve. Besides the hook for attaching on the zipper, I would have liked to have straps for mounting/attaching it to a belt when your hiking or biking. That would be nice, especially if you have a stroller and want it handy. We've been at the zoo and needed it quickly, so having it attached to somehting is a wonderful tool for quick action.

We love this! My 11 yr. old son is learning to self carry his epi n inhaler at school. I had purchased an expensive belt, 2 of them, and he hated it. I'm so glad to have found this!! School nurse loves it also! Easy to carry or Velcro to belt. Holds his two epis, benadryl tablets and his rescue inhaler. Will be ordering another. I had just purchased Safety Sacks which I've been using for years for classroom and nurse. I will be ordering for myself to carry in my mom tote bag. Emergency info visible on inside and out. Great product and reasonably priced!

The case fits 2 Epipens snugly but allows easy removal when needed. It is accessed quickly with the zipper pull-a necessary characteristic in an emergency. Not a lot of other items can be stored, but with use I may discover more.

I recently developed food allergies that require me to carry an emergency epi pen and benadryl. This was exactly what I needed to ensure that I always had my medication at hand. It fits a bunch and seems to be of good quality. Would Recommend.

The case I had for my epipens was nylon and didn't last long I have been carrying around my pens in my pocketbook since that broke which isn't always with me. This case is tough so I expect it to be long lasting and it clips right to my belt loop for easy tote along. Not only does it fit my two epipens but it also fits my inhaler.

Good case. Velcro needs to be stronger. After about 4 months of daily use the velcro needed to be replaced. This is for a medication that needs to be carried all the time. The case is great. The attachment not so much.EDIT: Now after 18 months of constant use the case is wearing holes in it. Still appreciate it and ordered a new one as I believe this is regular wear and tear.

I bought this for my 9 year old son who was hiding his “child” case. The size is great! The only problem is that with all the action he goes through during the day, the Velcro comes undone several times. However, I just put a few stitches in it, and it works.
