The second battery is a game changer!
One of the best things I've bought for my computer...The little charging station for the second battery is a game changer. No more plugging in while gaming when it's running out of battery. You've ALWAYS got a second battery ready to go, and it takes literally 20 seconds to switch them over. When this headphone set breaks... I'll buy the same one all over again. However, I don't see this breaking for a while. Feels so much more sturdy than it's predecessor. The sound is good quality, the bass is there. It's not going to compete with the likes of 'Bose' for example, but for gaming - this is MORE than enough!

Great headset but at a premium price.
This is probably the best headset I've ever used. It works flawlessly as a headset for work all day and well into the night for gaming sessions too. It is very comfortable with the adjustable headband. The connectivity is great, I can walk all around the house on calls with no issues at all.The best part though is the hot swappable batteries. This gets rid of most of the annoyances of using wireless devices as every time I need to charge, I just swap out the batteries and carry on.

Almost perfect if it wasn't for the cushions.
The nova pros are one of the best headsets out there. It has crystal clear audio some of the best in my opinion. The battery swop feature is very useful and helps keep the weight of the headset low as it has two small battery's that last around 16 to 20 hours of use however the battery is hot swappable making it amazing as you don't have to worry about running out in 15 seconds you have a fully charged headset. The only complaint is the cushion comfort. This is one thing many people agree on and it's the small bump in side the ear cup which can irritate after long use and the cushions itself are very soft maybe a little too soft making them feel like they don't have much padding. If you are buying the nova pros its would highly recommend getting new cushions from the Wicked cushions which have an added cooling which really help. Overall amazing product just needs new cushions.

Game changer
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro has revolutionized my gaming experience, especially in all games. With its exquisite sound quality and 360° Spatial Audio, every creaking floorboard and distant zombie groan in horror games sends shivers down my spine. In FPS games, the precise audio gives me an uncanny awareness of my surroundings, allowing me to pinpoint enemy footsteps and incoming threats with deadly accuracy. The Nova Pro's hi-res audio and customizable EQ profiles have transformed my gaming sessions into immersive adventures. Whether I'm exploring eerie abandoned buildings in silent hill or engaged in intense firefights on COD, the punchy bass and crystal-clear highs create a soundscape that's both thrilling and tactically advantageous. With its long battery life and hot-swappable batteries, I can game for hours without interruption. The Active Noise Cancellation feature blocks out distractions, although i felt it was a bit lack luster compared to the sony xm3's which has caused the 4 star rating, it allows me to fully immerse myself in virtual worlds. The Arctis Nova Pro hasn't just upgraded my gaming experience – it's catapulted it into a new dimension of audio excellence. For gamers seeking the ultimate competitive edge and immersive experience, this headset is an absolute game-changer!

Superb high Def sound
Gees I'm glad a wee bit of research was done. These headphones are epic, superb sound quality. Really give you an edge when listening for bad guys on CoD.Battery life is fantastic & you get two, two seconds to change them is all meaning zero down time. Six stars I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loud buzzing if noise cancellation is on and any electronics are on.
EDIT TO ADD;Please be aware that the dock is NOTORIOUS for glitching and locking you out of chatmix. Steelseries upport will pretend to analyse the issue, requesting several files, error logs and all that, but guess what? The simplest Google search will show you that YEARS after it's release? The issue is STILL ongoing. Also, be careful with updates. Sometimes they straight up disable the poor audio :)This headset is a VERY expensive one, and I have to be very critical, because while I will be keeping it because I already had the software and such, I feel it's necessary to inform others!Sound: If you liked the Arctis 9 you'll like these, except Surround Sound is locked to the Steelseries app... So whoops, gotta set that up along with Sonar. (That requires an account btw, and the app also comes with an aim trainer, a gameplay recording feature, and a bunch of other useless things that you have better alternatives for already on hand if you have something like COD or OBS already present.)Comfort: I personally find them very comfortable, though the leather can be a bit warm after some time. The band is adjustable with buttons, and the mic retracts well. The headset is a bit heavy-ish, but the weight feels quite comfortable in my opinion. The Mic: Oh let's just skip that. There is absolutely nothing positive I can say about the mix quality. It's absurdly bad. Luckily I already had a mic and only got this headset for the dual channel capabilities that my Arctis 9 had. Keep that in mind.Dual channel/Chatmix: Do not be fooled like I was. The dual channel capabilities are purely software side and are clunkier to control because of it. This also makes it hard to adjust sound live while playing without having to pause and figure out which way does what. The dock: Well, the advertising sure fooled me, this thing is a lot larger in appearance than I anticipated. But that's fine. The battery compartment is a bit odd, as the way to lock it in is to quite literally have the battery pushed against the edge, but I figured it out in the end! I do enjoy getting to see my PC stats as I'm playing... But that also requires that over bloated app.Personally? Never again. This is my last Steelseries headset. The only reason I'm not returning it is because I don't have any other headset currently, and the sound is fine, it's just the weird hardware mess they've made.
