Worked better than I thought.

broken pipe nipple
this product worked great for me to remove a broken pipe nipple for my shower

Not acceptable.
Did not work to install a 1/2" npt 2" nipple. Would not grip the inside of a stainless steel pipe. Very disappointed with the product. Would not advise purchase.

Didn't work for me in extracting the old galvanized 1/2" nipples of my kitchen's wall mount faucet. Me and my plumber friend failed to extract them. I wound up going to Yelp and a bunch of plumbers called, I got two of the highest rated ones to send a guy over and one of them produced a 1/2" internal pipe remover that did do the job. I searched later online and couldn't find one that looked like his... it looked like a 1/2" drill bit but had a square back end you can grip with a large Crescent wrench. There are similar things, but none looked like his, which had a longer part of the shaft that would/could grip the nipple. However, this set might work for you, depending on the nature of your requirements. Therefore I give it 4 stars. It's probably fine, but not the best.

Sizing incorrect.
Seems to be made okay. 3/4 inch was too large for a 3/4 pipe. Therefore, waste of money.
