MOLD ARMOR 64 oz. E-Z House Wash - Brick, Concrete, Trim & Siding Cleaner

This stuff is miraculous! My 2 story house is lemon vinyl. Tuff to keep clean & I’ve invested thousands in pressure washer, ladder, and extension equipment. Even the best equipment couldn’t get it completely clean. Add to that my neighbor who doesn’t take care of his pool which helps algae to grow on my siding. I bought this because I had previously used the regular version on one side of my house with adequate results. This stuff…💥. I was in disbelief! Siding like new! Even stuck glue used by installers of my sliding patio door that would not come off by any means, machine or the regular stuff, was gone! Cleans it to the bone! House looks amazing and all I did was follow instructions! Don’t even need a ladder. Highly recommend for vinyl siding!

I had green algae on mold forming on the vinyl siding on my house. I tried a competitor's brand of cleaner, but it did not give me the result that I wanted. So, I turned to this product and it was much better.You just hook this product up to your hose and it does all the work. It is very easy to use and has an amazing reach. depending on the nozzle selection you use, it can reach about 8 to 10 feet. Once hooked to the hose, you can shut the water off, rinse, or apply the solution. You know you are applying the solution because it has a soapy appearance. It also has a very strong bleachy smell to it. The solution lasts a pretty long while. I cleaned the entire side of my house twice, with some to spare. The bottle also does not leak when transported or move like some of teh other similar products that I have used.I applied the solution using the connected hose, waited 15 minutes and then rinsed. A lot of it came right off, but I wanted perfection and did a second application using the same cycle. You see the green and black gunk roll down the side of the siding. It was like magic.I highly recommend this product. It is one of teh best in the business and I have tried quite a few.

EDIT: IT DOES WORK! I made this review so mad, but I went out after my third coat and it was practically clean. There were still a few spots, but definitely worth it. Would recommend :)I don't know what these other people are doing, but it didn't work AT ALL for me. I sprayed my white vinyl fence with plain water. Then I sprayed a coat of the cleaning solution. Waited about 15 minutes and the grime was all still there. Sprayed a second coat, nothing. Waste of money.

THIS WORKS!!I live in the PNW. There is a section of my siding that never sees the sun because of trees. This took 10-15 minutes to apply, 10-15 minutes to wait, and a good half hour of rinsing on the jet setting of my ordinary garden hose. As you can see, this did a beautiful job! I’m a happy customer! (That black rectangle is covering my house number!)There definitely is a smell, but nothing noxious about it. This size bottle did about an 8’ x 90’ area. I will be purchasing again, as needed!

This spray works fine for a single story house. I wish one of the 4 nozzle selections would put out a slimmer stream that shoots high enough for a second story. See my pics showing about where it reaches on my siding. I had to rig it up on a 12 foot 1x2 I had available and awkwardly balance it back and forth to get it high enough. It’s not the water pressure as some reviews wonder, my pressure is pretty strong. It’s just too wide a hole in the nozzle that doesn’t push water very high. I’m happy with the cleaning power though.

The cleaner took dark baked on mold off the vinyl siding with NO scrubbing. I sprayed it on , waited 10 minutes and rinsed with water. Be aware it did take 3 times to do this, but again I didn’t touch it with a brush. The mold was prettier heavy sun baked on. The 2 quart container I used was able to cover and clean the whole side of a 1 story ranch with 3 applications as stated above. For the money it’s well worth it. I’ve used gas power washers in the past and this method is much simpler, easier and convenient.

I used this for the green mildew on the side of my house which has siding (I'm not sure what the siding material is - not plastic). The green had been there for at least 4 years and I kept meaning to do something about it. Finally, after doing some online research last year and watching YouTube videos on various powerwashing companies, this product was mentioned and highly recommended. I ordered it last summer bud didn't get around to using it until just now (spring).While I'd read many positive reviews, I also read some that said it didn't work, so I was somewhat dubious with regard to whether it would get rid of the mold/mildew. My husband was even more doubtful.Well, let me tell you, it worked great. We used it on the side of the garage where we had the problem and before the 10 minute waiting period was up, we could see a difference. We rinsed it and then applied a second coat in the area where it hadn't totally gotten rid of the green. The second coat dealt with the remaining green and the side of the garage looks great.We have a 2-storey house and I'm not sure the pressure would reach the full height, nor would the one gallon be sufficient. But for the purpose for which we bought it, I am 100% satisfied and definitely recommend it to others. I only regret that I didn't take 'before and after' photos.
