The pros where it was cheap very easy to assemble and comfortable. The one con was that it can tip over easily if you put to much weight on one side.

The chair was great and easy to assemble. I even let my son put it all together while I read the instructions. The only major issue was the bolt holes on the back of the seat were not lining up with the bolt holes on the bracket. I contacted the support group and they worked with me until we got the issue resolved. My son is now enjoying his first gaming chair. The only other issue is the studs that hold the fort rest in place are too short because even with the bolts tightened all the way it all falls off. Not a big deal because he doesn't use it much and I am sure I can MacGyver something to work.

Horrible from the second I opened the box. Instructions where junk, mounting holes for the back did not line up at all with the bracket, received x2 Left arms and no right arms, foot rest was a joke...... The whole chair is a joke. Find another chair this manufacture obviously doesn't care about any type of quality!

During shipping I had a little bit of damage. Contacted company and they took care of it and made sure product was to my satisfaction. Company was great at responding and communication. Now I am very happy with a nice looking gaming chair.

I can’t speak on the assembly as my other half did that part. Also, it arrived later than expected, but it’s very comfortable and I really like the reclining option. I’d get another if I needed one.

The left arm cushion has come apart. ..please use different glue...thank you
