I use this strictly for my dental records in Dentrix. Once patient charting has been done, signing with this Epad II makes it compliant for insurance companies as well as legal requirements. A very good product I use in all my offices.

That thing does not work. When I called for help I was placed on hold for 45 minutes then the machine told me to send an email for support. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. I do not recommend buying this.

Works as shown. No problem. Easy download of software.

We've been using these pads at our offices for several years. Something is always going wrong. Wires break, disconnects, stylus won't work. I'm sure it's the same for all wired pads that need to constantly be moved for signatures. The ones that can remain stationary are fine though. When are we going to get reliable, reasonably priced bluetooth versions?

This has done exactly what I wanted it for - signing reports in Ms Word. The downloads from the website worked first time so I have no complaints. Love

I like the epad. But hard to interface to the laptop . But once the installation is done, then works like pro..
