I'm pretty good about washing my face every day and general care, but when I heard about how this helps your skin from the inside out, I decided to give it a try. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and I am noticing a difference... brighter, clearer skin. I would recommend this for people who already take glutasome. This is an easier way to take it. Just mix it in water and drink. The taste isn't awesome. I usually mix mine with the Curcumin-C or put it in a smoothie.

This product should be a part of everyone's skin care regime.
