Great Customer Service
So I got this when I upgraded my office set up to have a triple monitor set up and about 3-4 months after I got it the port that controls the output for the video was no longer picking up any docking input nor was it charging my MBA. So I reached out to customer service and after exhausting all the troubleshooting steps I've done, they've done, and Apple has done, it was processed for a replacement. The level of excitement I got when it was confirmed delivered I hooked it back up and everything IMMEDIATELY started working. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to set up a triple monitor set up. I have it mounted under my desk along with my MBA docked so all the cable management is sinched back up and neat. GET IT and you won't be sorry!

Works great with the M2 Air, needs some fiddling
If you’re buying this to use with a M1/M2 macbook air you can’t go wrong. It does require some fiddling with the software side of things to make both displays clean and easy to read. But those are free and some quick googling will get you settled. Once that’s been sorted though. Best dock I’ve ever used.

Displaylink makes this nearly useless
Could just be my unit, but I've been having usb connection inconsistency, external displays at the wrong resolution, and am unable to connect two displays successfully. I am using an M1 macbook pro, and an m2 macbook air, which have their own display limitations, but I should be able to connect even just one monitor at native resolution (1440p60), and that is not possible. Best I could get was 1080p50, which is very strange.Displaylink is crap, terrible solution that offloads display rendering to the cpu and compresses the snot out of the image. Plus, on macos, everytime displaylink changes, or I reconnect the dock, the display configuration resets. Wrong res, orientation, and arrangement.Awful awful solution for any apple silicon macs. Not enough USB bandwith to be useful, might as well be a usb 2 hub.Returned this and got the 778 for ~50$ more, I hope that product actually works. Anker used to be the goat, now they're raising prices and dropping quality. Maybe the new dock will work as advertised.

Have the same docking on my windows and bought this for my wife's Mac.. runs perfect..!!!
This stuff just works.. seemless and easy to install - plug and go and no issues with all the peripherals.. The configuration is also easy to connect to ..

Works as it should when others did not.
Tried two other docks from other companies to no avail and this dock just worked! MacBook Pro (2019) and three monitor setup. First two docks kept losing screens. Mixed screens up. This Anker worked immediately, and monitor config is in tact. Love it when a product works as it should.

Use the encosed cable with a mac!
I was coming from a 2016 Macbook Pro running an eGPU that used a Thunderbolt 3 cable. When the eGPU finally kicked it, I bought this dock. I plugged in the dock to all my 3 monitors, but only two lit up (the 4k HDMI port did not work).I was tempted to leave a 1 star review and cite another dead HDMI port issue, but it's really my own fault- The Thunderbolt 3 cable I had used to connect my laptop to my dock didn't support the video resolution Anker's dock was trying to put out. When I used the enclosed USB-C cable, magically everything booted up. So, troubleshooting, you need Displayport and the enclosed Cable on a mac if you don't have all your screens set up.My one gripe, though, is that the cord is much shorter than I wish- I use a standing desk with a laptop on the non-standing portion, would be nice if I had a little bit more room to play with when I raise the desk!

Not the quality Anker usually has
I really wanted to like this USB-C dock—the aesthetics are fantastic, and it has a high-quality build. However, I’m experiencing a major issue across multiple devices, including my personal laptop and work Surface. The connection/disconnection chime continuously goes off, which is especially frustrating when listening to music or streaming a show.I’ve tried restarting my devices and ensuring all connections are fully seated, but the issue persists. Along with the chime, I occasionally receive an error message stating that the USB device has malfunctioned or is not recognized, causing all connected screens to go down.Overall, I’m disappointed, as Anker typically produces high-quality electronics. I was expecting a more reliable experience.

Good if you want 1080p
I have 3 32" 2560x1440 monitors. This dock recognized all 3 monitors, but only one at its native solution on the primary port. The other two get detected at 1080p. I'm on Mac and I had to scale up to get the right resolution and that bumped the refresh down so low it wasn't right for me. I was going to just deal with it, but the USB A ports went out within 2 weeks of use, so I'm getting something else. However, it did work on my Macbook Air M2 with displaylink driver, so if you have 1080p monitor this might work for you. Just make sure to read the fine details on these things if you are going above 1080p. Most bump you down to 30Hz at a higher resolution for the displaylink ports. FYI, as with all Displaylink devices, you can't play DRM protected video until you disable Displaylink drives and use just one monitor, which is supported natively to the OS. I'm rating this product as a 4 because if you read the specs it does what it says. However the USB A ports went out (luckily within return window) so I had to dock it a star. Decently priced for what you get otherwise.
