Honest review
Due to me having to wake up early for work and drive the majority of my day, caffeine is a necessity. Givens that I drive so much I can drink coffee due to it messing up my stomach, with that being said this has been a great substituteIt takes roughly 40 minutes to start taking effect and in about an hour full effect. I can honestly say it gives me a bit more energy than a cup of coffee would. The taste starts off very nice and minty, gets a bit bitter after a few minutes (which is expected with caffeine), but then returns back to a sweet taste afterwardsOverall a very much so suggest this product

Helps me stay focused.
I don’t think the caffeine helps as I can chew this gum and go straight to bed. The caffeine taste is horrible..I think it’s simply a mind game that I happen to stay focused and very awake once I chew it. However, it says to only chew for 15 minutes, I will chew on it for several hours.

If you want a dose of gastrointestinal distress, this is the gum for you
I have been using caffeinated gum for many years. Because of this, I have tried numerous types. I chose this one for the cost and the caffeine content. My largest concern initially was with the nausea that the gum induced; particularly after my runs. Because of my experience with caffeinated gum, I am confident that it is not the caffeine that’s causing me to feel sick. In fact, I did vomit once after a run in which I had chewed the gum .This led me too dig deeper. The combination of ingredients in this gum is horrific. From the unnecessary and harmful dyes to the mixture of different sweeteners (sugar, dextrose, corn syrup, sucralose, aspartame), there’s several ingredients known to potentially cause nausea or vomiting:- Sucralose- Maltodextrin- Aspartame- Artificial flavors- Yellow 5- Blue Lake 1So to break these down …•**Aspartame: Headaches/dizziness/gastrointestinal issues. Breaks down into phenylalanine, aspartic acid, methanol. Neurotoxicity, carcinogenicity concerns. **(more info below)•Sucralose: Alters gut bacteria. Digestive issues/bloating/diarrhea. Metabolic disruption. Affects insulin sensitivity.•Maltodextrin: Highly processed carbohydrate. Blood sugar spikes. Digestive discomfort. Promotes harmful gut bacteria growth.•Yellow 5 (Tartrazine): Allergic reactions. Hyperactivity in children. Carcinogen. Genotoxicity.•Blue Lake 1: Allergic reactions. Behavioral issues. Neurotoxicity. Environmental persistence.•Natural and artificial flavors: Various undisclosed compounds. Sensitivities/allergic reactions. Includes potentially harmful unlisted chemicals.**If we focus ONLY on Aspartame's breakdown in the body, well, it is beyond concerning!1. It splits into three harmful components:- Phenylalanine: Builds up in blood, risking neurotoxicity- Aspartic acid: An excitotoxin that damages brain cells- Methanol: Converts to formaldehyde, a known carcinogenThese components lead to SERIOUS health issues:- Brain: Headaches, dizziness, seizures, mood swings- Gut: Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain- Metabolism: Disrupts insulin and weight regulation- Allergies: Triggers reactions in sensitive individualsAdditional risks: Eye damage from methanol and Systemic harm throughout the ENTIRE bodyThis gum and the choice of ingredients has a wide range of negative effects from immediate discomfort to long-term health problems. It's clear that this artificial sweetener poses significant dangers, especially when combined with other harmful ingredients in this gum. This is ONLY discussing aspartame! This gum contains a cocktail of harmful ingredients, including artificial sweeteners, dyes, and undisclosed flavors, which can cause immediate health issues like nausea and headaches, as well as potential long-term risks such as neurotoxicity and cancer. The combination of these additives may disrupt gut health, metabolism, and cognitive function, making it particularly unsuitable for athletes seeking peak performance or anyone looking for a safe energy boost. Given the availability of healthier alternatives, this gum's risks far outweigh any potential benefits for all consumers, regardless of their caffeine needs.

It is pretty helpful
We usually get caffeinated gum or mints just for traveling. Especially for when we go on our beach trip. Our drive to the destination is about 5 hours away and it is nice to not have to stop to find a place for coffee and take time to deal with getting it. Not to mention the additional cost for my spouse and me to buy a coffee. There is not much in the area of where we stay. Most places are about a 20-minute drive from the condo. Plus, when spending the day on the beach and then wanting a pick-me-up/caffeine boost, we would either have to go back to the condo and make some or bring bottled/canned caffeinated drinks along. Overall, it is much more ideal to have these because it saves a lot of space (in regard to packing) and I find that it is even cheaper than the equivalent of most bottled/coffee drinks and waters. We don't drink sodas or energy drinks. So this seems like the better choice for us to get for our trips. I had a friend that was quitting caffeine and used caffeinated gum to wean off it by slowly lowering their daily intake...the gum pieces make it much easier to track the amount of consumption. The coolmint taste is pretty good. I think that it sort of has a cotton candy flavor, at first, but after a while it doesn't taste as good. Not bad but kind of a weird artificial-sweetener type of taste.

Works great!
Works great! The flavor is nasty, I gave it to a friend who loved it. He also didn’t like the taste but the caffeine worked great!

This gets you JACKED
This gum is legit the best caffeine gum I've ever tried! It gets me jacked and gives me so much energy for work!I also like that it's not super sticky, because I wear a dental mouth piece, and gum isn't something I tend to chew a lot because it gets stuck on it.Don't chew more than one piece though. It will be too strong and give you the jitters!

So Good It’s Dangerous!!!
The media could not be loaded. Anyone who’s in college or the food service industry understands how crucial caffeine is in our everyday lives. As someone who applies to both those categories, i’ve tended to find myself using energy drinks quite often when I’m studying for an exam or working late or early. After buying these I can definitely say they’re an incredible alternative to those energy drinks which are also filled with a ton of other harmful chemicals. One piece of gum has around the equivalent of a can of monster, with substantially less ingredients which is crazy!!!A few other reviews say that they hate the bitter taste but the packaging literally says to spit out the gum once it gets bitter haha. Then again, the bitter taste isn’t even as bad as they say, at least not for me.Honestly an incredible product, there’s a ton of pieces in the package too so chew sparingly, these things pack a punch!Only downside I can really say for these is they turn your tongue a little blue sometimes when you chew them haha.
