This pillow is perfect! Super adjustable, you can add/remove stuffing (though I like mine the way it came). Perfect match for other fake leather chairs. It has a grippy material on the back to prevent sliding. AND ITS SUPER COMFY! Perfect shape for the back of my neck & lower head. I was hesitant to pay $40 for this. Put after using it, I would gladly pay more.

I've searched a few times for a head cushion for my office chair. I needed a bit of extra support to lean back and keep my heavy, Audeze headphones from sliding back. Never saw anything interesting until this came up. Ultimate first world problem.The cushion itself seems pretty high quality and has a good ratio of compression to bounce, if that makes sense. Due to the exact shape and size of the cushion, I seem to rest with it more against my neck, giving a little support to the tops of my shoulders. My head rolls nicely onto the top part of the cushion and it kind of gives my a nice little stretch, straightening out my posture as a lay back and relax. It had a strong "new car smell" at first. Didn't bother me and has mostly dissipated by now. If that sort of thing might bother you, it's worth noting. The flexible arms that wrap over the top and back of the chair are an interesting solution. They seem to work well enough and allow fine tuning the fitment with a little trial and error. I think it would have been really nice if they added an optional elastic strap to wrap around the sides and also pin the arms in place. But as it is, I haven't had to fiddle with it since I first settled on a position, a couple weeks ago.

I bought one of these. It works so well that I bought two more for the other two chairs that I use. The flexible arms that allow it to conform the the shape of any chair make it unique.

Bought theater recliners and needed a headrest to watch tv when reclined. This fits great and supports the neck perfectly.

I would have given this pillow a five star review if it would have had memory foam inside the pillow where it would have had a little give to it. But this pillow has a Polyester batting and it is stuffed full. This pillow has almost no give at all which hurts my neck. I will say you could take out the two bendable rods inside the pillow and this would make a perfect lower back pillow because it is so firm.
