The back is very low so it’s a little awkward. Also the cushions don’t stay on at all so buy Velcro. It is nice looking and the wood part is very nice

This outdoor sectional is wonderful especially for the price. It was easy to put together and comfortable to sit and lay on.

Sectional came in 4 boxes. Took about 45 minutes to assemble with power tool. After assembly noticed some of the legs were slightly off square because of the weld job at the factory. The cushion are firm, a little too firm for my behind. The metal coffee table was damaged. There were deep scratches in the wood grain paint and also dented. It looks like they?, tried to repair by hand painting with small brush, but very noticeable and 6 clips were missing that keeps the sections together. But overall the set looks nice and pretty sturdy.

Got this for my parents backyard, and my dad and I put it all together pretty easily. It’s comfortable. I like the wood panels and design. Super cute !

I had issues with the item and seller from day 1. The PHI VILLA 3-Piece Outdoor Rattan Sectional Sofa Set with Acacia Wood Coffee Table is NOT worth the money. I requested to return the order BEFORE I even had it fully out of the box. I could tell by the size of the 1 box that arrived when I opened one end and examined the contents that this was POOR quality and craftsmanship and that I would not like it, so I immediately requested a return, even before the second box with the other half of the order arrived. The customer service rep that I initially spoke with was very nice, convinced me that I should PLEASE wait for the 2nd box to arrive and then please assemble it and he knew I would just love it, and gave me a partial refund "for my troubles". I should have said no, but I had a weak moment, but now looking back I know it was a trick because you can NOT get the items out of the boxes without destroying the packaging as they are glued shut. So I sweat and put this thing together, taking over an hour, set it together in my yard, and it looks ridiculous. It looks like it should be next to a kids play house. I'm 5'5", 5'6" on a good day and depending on what convenience store I'm coming out of, and I feel like a GIANT on this thing. It's also VERY uncomfortable. The backrest doesn't instill much confidence that it is going to hold, especially since at least 1 bolt on each backrest would not go in as there was metal "goop" partially blocking the hole, and it hits in a very uncomfortable spot in the middle of your back. The cushions are very cheap and will not hold up, the 3 pillows for the backrest on mine didn't match, and none of them stay in place as they slide all around on the plastic "rattan". There is no way to secure them, so every time you get up, or move some, you have to reposition the cushions. There goes relaxing. I regret this purchase 150%. After that initial conversation with the customer service rep, the next one I have been dealing with for over a week now, has been less than helpful to say the least. I could go on and on with details, but then my review probably wouldn't get posted. Wondering if they will even let this one post as it is. If you are in the market for overpaying for a child size patio set of inferior quality, then look no further, you have found it!

Had to buy a tapping tool to rework two of the spot welded bolts but other than that I like the product.

Easy to assemble, built tough, very comfortable. The cushions never fly off because of the design. So many options as far as how to set it up. It’s great!!
