Works great, excellent value
Works good and seems pretty reliable. Some tips for success: 1) Make sure to adjust the allen scew to set the trigger pull. Mine was backed all the way out and the trigger was sticky at the beginning of travel. I screwed the allen screw in a few turns to reduce back travel of the trigger and now it works great. Could be this is why others had inconsistent results...? I've taken a few hundred shots; the trigger works good and I begin to trust it. For safety, as others have said, keep your finger behind the trigger to hold it forward while drawing the bow. Then lift your finger over while aiming and press... 2) Expect to adjust the straps and play around until you get the fit you like. I am 5' 10" with skinny wrists and I had to play a bit to pull the velco strap tight enough. After a bit it breaks in and fits well. I put a wrap of electrical tape over a buckle to cushion my fingers, but that's just a preference. The length of the trigger to wrist can be shortened by cutting the plastic tube as necessary. Evidently not every reviewer realized this... For the money , I think it's great.

Very light pull
This has a lighter pull weight than I like and the buckle digs into my finger. Fine for hunting, but gets a bit painful when target practicing. I will keep it as a backup and get another with a sollid stem before the trigger instead of the strap.

Good release but wears out quickly when using it with ...
Good release but wears out quickly when using it with high draw weight bows.....(60+ lbs.)Caliber jaws got to where the didn’t line up together and it started cutting D loops. At the end before I replaced it I could only shoot 15 to 18 arrows before it cut the D loop into. Believe me two thirds of the way drawn back and your loop breaks.....not fun....bloody nose and lost arrow.....My daughter has one of these shooting 40lbs. And been keeping close eye on it but it is holding up ok

I want to love this, but...
I just recently got back into archery and I nabbed one of these as a solid budget release. I've used it a few times and I'm running into one major issue... I can't quite adjust it to where I need it. There's a heavy duty plastic spacer between the trigger mechanism and the wrist strap. I've synched the nylon straps down as best I can but it still feels a bit too long for me. I can fix the issue by cutting off a little of that plastic spacer but I feel like that's kind of a drag to have to do right out of the box. I'm 6'2", so I actually have pretty big hands and long fingers. But I also have skinny wrists and so the wrist strap wants to slide quite a bit. This makes it to where my finger doesn't comfortably hook onto the trigger. You really want a good positive connection with the meat of your finger on the trigger... if you're stretching out and using just the tip of your finger you're losing some accuracy, and it just isn't real comfortable. Aside from this, the release has worked well, trigger pull weight is great, and overall, aside from what I mentioned above, it's fairly comfy and solidly built. Because of the nylon straps it's not as rigid as some other releases out there, which I kinda like.

It’s a good choice for any archer.
What a good product! It locks well and is very very comfortable. I have a huge, heavy draw, recurve bow and it holds on tight. The trigger is mighty sensitive, but if you practice good trigger handling it doesn’t matter to much. It’s very well built and it’s all around a good product.
