Highly recommended for the product and customer service.
The filter is a great addition to my RO system. It raises the ph and has added minerals that are good for the body as well. I ran a line from my RO system to my fridge dispenser and I have this filter right behind the fridge. I just split the water line a have and hooked it right up with instant results. My water ph was averaging 4-5ph with this filter it's average is 8-9ph. The minerals are averaging 30-40 ppm. I suffer from acid reflux so I hope this will help with that. The first one I ordered arrived cracked so I quickly ordered a replacement and sent the cracked one back for a refund. I recieved a full refund. The customer service is amazing and they emailed me a few times making sure I was satisfied.

Do not buy the clear filter.
The filter raises the pH to 8.5-9.0 as promised. However after 5 hours we discovered the kitchen with a pool of water due to a 3-4” crack on the outlet side of the filter. This damaged my kitchen sink cabinet and flooring. Not a good quality filter housing. I suggest to not buy the clear filter. The solid one can withstand higher pressure and seal better on the connection.

Quality filter that actually raises the pH
Love the clear case design- so I can actually see the filter media. I have tried several other pH cartridges, with not much success at raising my well water pH. Well, this one did it! It raised the pH by 2 . Now at 7 -7.5 , which is not bad at all. I would have gave it 5 star but the inlet / outlet thread holes are on the loose side with fittings provided. Had to use the entire small roll of thread tape to get tight enough seal. So far , no leaks.

Housing for media cracked when I screwed on the connectors.
The problem with this product is the housing in which the filter media is stored. I screwed in the 1/4 inch connectors and the inside of housing unit cracked off. Really? I just tightened it to an appropriate level to ensure no leakage. Needs to get a better housing unit for media.

Wow--my water has gone from about 7 to 11-11.5
I hope it lasts as well as one reviewer wrote. We put it in series with a carbon filter on a 1/4" incoming water line going to the refrigerator dispenser/icemaker. Took it a few gallons to get percolating, but now the pH level is at least 11 every time I check it. It's been installed a little less than a week, so I hope it continues to work so well!

Complete kit, the filter housing looks nice.
Hi, I just received the Mineral filter kit, the filter itself looks pretty good, and the housing has a threaded end (I think its a refillable housing). Ready to add it to my RO, I appreciate the added Teflon, I ran out. I'll install it and will update the review with the product itself (water taste, PH and TDS reading)

beware of leaky fittings and cracking housing
I purchased this from LiquaGen directly and am writing this review to inform of the issues I personally had. I love the ph readings and taste of this cartridge. However, I tried 3 different sets of threaded elbow fittings (2 sets by supplier and 1 set purchased from different vendor) and could not get the ends of the cartridge to stop leaking. Finally, the housing cracked (burst) and water was spraying all over the area in my basement (where the reverse osmosis system is installed). The first cartridge was delivered broken in half (poor packaging), then the company sent a new one packaged better. The cartridge (in the photos) has no pellets/inerts because I transfered them to a different housing from a previous ph up cartridge. Not going to contact LiquaGen again to replace...I really believe there is an issue with this clear housing. Good luck if yours doesn't leak, beware of potential cracking of the housing (as seen in my photos).

Loose thread fit
The pushfit ends have to be threaded into the ends of the filter, I used Teflon tape and after a few days they still leaked. I had to remove the tape and use gell superglue to seal the threads because of the lose fit.
