Fit for purpose!
This updated book has been a godsend.I purchased while completing my prescribing qualification to help me get through the slog! It became my bible there is so much information (that is all relevant) for the most commonly used drugs. It sections them well into subheadings. The book is of a high quality and I am often recommending this book to others. As new updates come out I will be purchasing to support with my CPD.

It is a good resource for my job. I am so happy I bought the recent edition. A colleague used it a few years ago and I was going to buy it then.

Brilliant book for study
The media could not be loaded. Bought this book to help with clinical knowledge and to help with patient counselling, each medication has a section on communication describing points to talk to patients about. This is a brilliant addition and puts it apart from other medication books. Each medication listed has; common indications, mechanism of action, adverse effects, warnings, interactions, prescription, administration, communication, monitoring and stopping and cost.I think it is more uk medicine based and will be a good book for any kind of pharmacy student.
