No manual
Still trying to figure out presets of auto. The bed didn't come with any manual about settings. It works good. Assembly instructions are tiny little pictures only.

Doesn’t work
I bought this bed in 2018 and it last only a couple weeks. I been trying to get any help to replace parts from the manufacture but they want to charge me because they only guarantee 30 days after warranty. It’s not acceptable

GREAT BED; GREAT DISTRIBUTOR (MCP)
Product arrived with a defect from the factory and since my background was in Quality Control as a Manager in the Aviation and Manufacturing sector, I was able to quickly determine the problem. MCP immediately corrected the situation and a new part was immediately sent out. The guys at MCP are true professionals and will not do you wrong. This item is priceless! I have suffered from chronic back and neck pain (many herniated discs-5) and this table has helped much. Please note that my lower back is very severe so I would not recommend it for everyday use is yours is. Let your spine be realigned and then take a day or two off in-between. Heat is excellent as well as the roller action. I can not say enough good things about this bed. If your back is as bad as mine you may experience some discomfort but note that this part of the therapy. In the long run it will pay off with a much healthier spine and the spine is the foundation of the physical body, the heart is the foundation of the spirit and soul. The build is solid, and quality, after inspecting it, is excellent for the price one is paying.

No Service!
The massage bed was great until I started to have problems with it not staying on. I emailed several times to order a new remote or have them troubleshoot the problems and the response would be I will forward to my manager. I never heard from anyone. No Service and no number to call.

Please don't waste your money! This was packaged well is the only positive thing that I have to say about it! It did not work well from the VERY first time it was used and has only gotten worse! Caveat Emptor.
