The cover is pretty large. We got it for indoor use for a Umay folding treadmill, to protect it from dust, cat hair/dander and the possibility of one of the cats peeing on our treadmill. The first day, that's exactly what my cat did... And the cover protected the treadmill. Waterproof, the pee did not seep through the cover at all. It seems ok, super easy to use, very affordable and we love the little bag for the cover for when we are not using the cover.

Fits great on my NordicTrack treadmill. It is durable, not sure if it's waterproof and I'm not going to test that.
