I gave it a 5 because it isn't the charger's fault it didn't work well for me. I don't know what version my fitbit is. I haven't used it in years, so I guessed based on pictures. I could make this charge, but it isn't the correct charger for my device. I kept it since I could make it work mostly and I had no idea what I should have ordered. I didn't see anything that looked like it would work better. I ended up buying a smart watch with the functionality of my fitbit plus more and having the charger was no longer an inssue.

I decided to dig out my Fitbit and use it again, but I could not find my charger. This charger works very well and charge my Fitbit up in a very timely manner. I was so pleased with the price and delivery. It got me walking again and exercising. !

I purchased my wife a Fitbit Charge 3 a couple of years ago & she has since lost the charger. Therefore, I ordered this one as a replacement and it charges her Fitbit flawlessly...Just like the original.

I like the long cord and the way it plugs in sideways is great for reading and charging speed is great

I did end up having to return this but only because it was my actual fitbit that was dead. I tried it on my friends and it is actually easier to use that the one that comes with the fitbit. Plus the cord is way longer! Charges fine

Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem. We purchased the charger thinking the charger we had was bad, but this new didn't charge the watch either. Don't believe the product was defective; we believe the watch has just seen better days.
