Bought this to combat peely skin and chemical burns from starting epiduo recently. For reference, both my eyelids were bright red and peeling horribly. As well as my cheeks feeling on fire anytime if I even just touched them on accident. It’s helped tremendously at healing my skin barrier and my burns within about a week, but I still use it as a preventative measure. If I forget to wash my face and moisturize once, I find it still lasts until the next time comfortably. No offensive scent if any, and definitely a thick cream. I find the best application is to do a thin layer first and let that dry for a couple minutes. Then go back in with an equal or slightly heavier layer. Otherwise, just one layer makes your face feel tight. I also like to apply it when my face is still slightly damp from cleansing—sits and spreads better. I’ve used three other Cetaphil moisturizers on my epiduo journey, and this one by far is the way to go for retinoids. I recently converted to Cetaphil products after using a pricey skincare line for 20 years! I could not be more pleased with this face cream. I wish I had changed years (and MANY dollars) ago!!! This face cream absorbs well. I use it every morning under my sunscreen and makeup. It has a clean, lightweight feel to it but gives the long lasting moisturizing my face needs.

This is an excellent and very inexpensive face cream. After years of using youth serums, my skin rebelled. I developed allergies to just about anything I put on my face. My dermatologist recommended Cetaphil along with two other brands. I ordered this for my day cream. It’s a nice, light moisturizer that does a good job of moisturizing my face without causing any irritation.

It’s become part of my everyday routine.

Switched to this product during pregnancy and am loving it. It feels very hydrating but not too thick. A small amount goes a long way and it hasn't caused any breakouts on me.

I ordered this item because I have eczema on my face. I noticed an improvement after a few days and continued improvement during the last month. I use it at night after cleaning my face. It is not greasy and absorbs into the skin. The visible dry patches are disappearing, and the horrible itching has become almost non-existent. My skin looks better - more hydrated. My makeup even looks better because the skin underneath is much smoother, a little brighter and hydrated. I wished that my Dermatologist had recommended this years ago instead of prescribing the steroid cream that darkened by skin and was less effective. I ordered another container so that I will not run out. A little goes a long way, well worth the money.

The only cream that is perfect for my sensitive skin. Cetaphil Deep Hydration Cream is lightweight but intensely moisturizing, absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, and leaves my skin soft, smooth, and nourished all day.

It’s a good cream, I just wish there was more product. $15 for 1.7oz doesn’t seem worth it to me
