Very sturdy and well built
It is very sturdy and well built, and it includes everything you need inside the package. Even the allen keys have a philips screw on the other end.

There are better options out there
The good thing about this arm is that it provides a tray for the laptop.The cons are that the product came with visible scratches on the arms and that it couldn’t support a monitor weight as advertised. My monitor is 6KG and the advertised is 10kg.
