Worked Great On My Xbox Series X
I picked this up after having much frustration with my Xbox Series X refusing to play perfectly clean discs.A small number of older games are backwards compatible, but due to licensing issues, the digital versions of those games are unavailable to purchase on the Xbox marketplace. Some of these games have gotten quite rare and valuable as a result.Cue my disappointment when I began to notice several of these games in my collection fail when attempting to load them in the system after having worked flawlessly in the past. The only options seemed to be attempting to have the discs resurfaced, which is horrible if you're a disc collector as it physically harms the disc. The alternate option was to send the Series X in for a laser repair, which costs more than half the price of the console itself. This disc at a fraction of the price was able to gently clean the lens in a matter of minutes. After just one use, games that I thought would never work again were loading up on the first try.For pennies on the dollar, this lens cleaner is a lifesaver.

Effective and efficient
Very easy to use worked perfectly and quickly, thought I was going to have to buy new Blu-ray players but turns out very easily fixed and fast.

It May or May Not Solve Your Problems, but is a Good First Try Before Replacing Your Blu-Ray Player
What most people don't realize is that the physical tolerance (i.e., the distance of the Blu-Ray lens to the surface of the inserted Blu-Ray disk) is very, very small. Add to that the fact that Blu-Ray disks are spun at a high RPM level. This means (and it's hard to think of this) that DUST is a natural enemy to Blu-Ray players, and if dust gets onto the lens, skipping, disk misreads, etc. can start occurring. Most of us DO live in dusty environments, and even small dust particles can, over time, play havoc with your player. If you have a Blu-Ray player that is misbehaving, taking it apart for cleaning is not usually a good option due to these tolerances, and that's where this dust remover comes in.This is a Blu-Ray disk with a set of pivoting brushes embedded within the surface. You insert the disk like you would any other Blu-Ray disk, wait for the screen to come up, and then use your remote to follow the instructions for cleaning. It takes only a minute or two, and then you eject the disk. This is a good quality product, constructed well and with easy-to-follow guidance when you insert the disk. But here's the thing. This MAY or MAY NOT solve your problem. That's not because of a deficiency of this disk, but if you have a serious dust build up, particularly if the dust has become "attached" to the Blu-Ray lens (due to high humidity, cooking fumes, etc.), the dust may be resistant to removal. If that is the case, I recommend you run this two or three times to see if the dust will dislodge. Many people report sucess in using this product, others not, but I believe, from my own experience, that is due to the nature of the dust problem, not the product itself. For me, I look at this as an inexpensive way to TRY to clean your Blu-Ray player to get it to operate correctly before you move on to the much more expensive proposition of buying a new player. In addition, even if it can't get stubborn, stuck-on dust removed, and you are forced to purchase a new player, you still have this disk to use for maintenance. (They recommend using it every 15 hours of play, but I'm not sure I would do that; maybe once every two months or so might be good). It's difficult to objectively rate a product if you buy it and your player still doesn't work, because you are tempted to think the product doesn't work. But again, if you think about the different ways dust can become embedded on a Blu-Ray player's lens, it's easier to more objectively look at the product. I would normally give this a five-star rating, but factoring that little thing that it may not always fix all problems, I'll give it a four. Nevertheless, this is a good quality product that you should probably have in your arsenal, or use to try to rescue a Blu-Ray player before replacing it!IMPORTANT NOTE:This disk is for BLU-RAY players, *NOT* DVD players. The tolerances between the lens and the disk are far different between these two technologies, and so you CANNOT and SHOULD NOT place this in a DVD player. If you are looking for DVD cleaners, search on Amazon for those, as there are plenty of them available.

Fixed my Xbox Series X!
The lens on my Series X became so dirty the system could no longer read discs. Whenever I tried to watch a Blu-ray, or play a game I was met with a black screen and error message.I tried reinstalling the Blu-ray app, even resetting the console to factory defaults. Sometimes this would get it working for a while, but inevitably ended in that same black screen and error. I was looking at a costly service repair. In desperation, I looked on Amazon for a simpler, and cheaper fox. Thankfully I found this product. I put the disc in, and let it run. There were no visual or auditory prompts that I could tell. But, like Aunt Bethany, “I cant hear a dump truck driving through a nitroglycerin plant.”Anyway, after running the disk for a few minutes, ejecting it, then running it again, much to my surprise I found it played Blu-ray discs with no issues. I had the same results playing games. After months of sporadic function, and then no disc functionality at all, the Series X was back to full operation. I can’t promise it will have the same results for everyone. But, before spending a large sum on costly service you should give this a try. It might just surprise you.

Didn't help my player.
4k disc player having trouble playing some discs. Thought it could be a dirty lens but this cleaning disc didn't help. Not sure if the disc is doing it's job or the player has a different issue. But I scored this only 3 stars because it takes way, way, way too long to get into the disc's cleaning menu. You are forced to sit through several minutes of tutorials each time you try to run the cleaning program. Poorly thought out.Might be worth trying, not sure how it compares to other cleaning discs.

Blu-ray player plays like new after one use!
My player wouldn't recognize discs, would spit the disc out, and would skip. Once through with this cleaner and there were no more issues. Not only does it clean but it helps set up sound control, and it showed me that I've had my speakers wired opposite for left and right. Just pop this in and let it go to work, it's a must if you have a player that you use a lot or very little.
