This stuff works fantastic, I can feel a dramatic difference in my sustained performance. I race 2 hour off road dirt bike effects. I've tested a couple times of times practicing, using it and also not using it to see the difference and it's amazing. Without it, I'm feeling exhausted after the 1-1/2hr mark, with it, I can easily go the full 2hr without feeling tired and feel like I could go longer.

Total waste of money, you have to put way too much in into mix to get any flavour. Wish I would have sent it back when I could have.

I wasn't sure of the taste the first time I tried it, but once you know what to expect, it's actually pretty good. It's just surprising if you're expecting a gatorade-like taste, it's not that strong. I like it because it has much less sugar than many hydration/sports drinks.

Gives me a stomach cramp if taken before training. Provides moderate endurance. Flavor is ehh

First bag was fine, but the second bag I got wouldn’t dissolve well, leaving large clumps. I tried everything but ultimately had to put it a blender and make smoothies. Thought it may be a bad batch?? No way to know. Trying other alternatives now.
