Monochrome LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo

Replaced my prior 450 Twin Turbo, that always required pressing the label feed button after printing every label. Then one day it decided to wrap labels around the feeder - sticky pain in the a$$ to remove, 'wouldn't work properly after that without leaving the front panel off. When this new one arrived, I swapped the labels/spools to it and it just worked properly, no label feed required after printing each label, no software or driver changes, just plugged it in and it played! So much less aggravation than the old one. Best time saving office purchase I've ever made. Hahahahah!

All I can say, if you have windows 11 software, don't even aggravate yourself, you will not get the printer installed and working. On initial setup, loaded labels and when the printer caught the labels, it just started printing labels with nothing on it but lines and had to unplug the printer (this is no on/off button) to stop it. After that absolutely nothing worked. The computer would find the printer because it was listed in the printers setup but again, will not print. Unload unit and software, shut computer down, then tried reloading everything, same results--nothing. Won't get the 5 series cause you can only use Dymo labels because of the RFID tag and their labels are really, really expensive.

I had one of these and it finally died so I got this one. I love this because I can print either letter size labels or package size labels. It is so convenient and easy. The software is easy to install and it has an address book (or listing) so once you input your addresses, you can in future just click on the address you want to print out. I use this all the time and it is such a time saver. Plus any letters or packages I send, the address is clearly printed out. I love this product!

Bought used - former owner probably couldn’t figure out how to clear one jammed side. Popped off front and cleared in a few seconds. Love this machine. Multiple labels loaded as needed. Highly recommended. New Dymo app is cool and much more functional.

I have the Dymo 450 single and I have been using it for years, but I have a new box that needed smaller stickers and this was the best option out there. Before we were changing out label sizes constantly. Now I can just print everything I need in one shot which was two sizes at the same time. My old single printer is going to a different part of the warehouse so everything got way more efficient here! LOVE THIS!

I was so excited about this printer and the way it would streamline my business. Only 2 out of 10 stamps print. It sticks and makes a super loud noise and then prints between to stamp stickers. You have to reprint it several times to get the correct stamps which takes time. Plus it is costing me the stamp stickers when I am having to throw out 80% of them. My assistant has spent hours on the phone with customer support with no solution. Support has been great they just don’t have a suggestion that works. We have switched sides of the machine, we make sure the spool of stickers is not loose and the wheel is tightened properly. It is so frustrating. We have tried 2 machines and both do this. One of which I cannot get a refund on because I didn’t open the box until after my return window had closed. I would like the manufacturer to trade my dual label printer for another version that is not dual as those do not appear to be unusable like this one. I will update my review if I receive a response.

Love being able to switch between file folder labels and address labels. Getting file folder labels to center correctly required working id advanced printer settings. The user interface could be more elegant. You have to look closely to be sure which label you are about to print. These are small things compared to the convenience the machine offers.
