I'm very happy with this hydration pack. At first, it leaked, but I was able to stop it by tightening the bottom connection from the tube to the bag. Keep tightening that connector until you can't see the black rubber washer at all. It will seem like you're over-tightening, but you're not. This creates the seal, and it won't leak after that. Also, make sure you bite down on the mouthpiece before use. that opens the piece and allows water to flow through.The pack is nicely made, has a nice, wide open mouth for adding ice or ease of cleaning. It has a separate front pouch for carrying small items.Overall, a really great pack- especially for the low price!

Great idea! I like the idea of having the pack on my arm instead of a backpack. However, the bladder leaked!!!. I contacted the seller and suggested they just send me a replacement bladder for the defective one I got. Seller is impressively Proffesional and they promptly responded and replaced the defective bladder with a new one!Works fantastic for my purposes!

We purchased this for our daughter and she loves it. The only thing I Would say is be aware that the straw has to stay connected while filling the bladder because straw is where the seal for the bladder is located. Compared to other hydration packs this is lower quality.

The backpack, itself, is lovely - gorgeous color, nice amount of pockets, nice, adjustable fit - but the bladder has problems. First, there's no magnetic snap to keep the mouthpiece in place. It comes with one mouthpiece, but at first, the mouthpiece wouldn't open to let water through. Once open and with the bladder full, I went for a bike ride, but all I got when trying to drink water from the bladder was air, not water. I'm assuming the mouthpiece seal to the hosing leaks and lets in air. Both air and water from the bladder had an overwhelming plastic taste, and I notice the bladder can't be turned inside out to clean it. The item came with no instructions, no replacement parts like extra mouthpieces, and it does not work properly. This is my first water pack, so I needed some kind of guidance on how to make it perform the way it was supposed to. The bladder is cheap, flimsy, and not adequate in function, and my guy keeps telling me I should have gotten a Camelback instead. I will be looking for a replacement water delivery system to go into the pack from another company. Because only one part of this pack is functional out of the two (the backpack that holds the water delivery system), I'm giving this product 3 stars. If 2 1/2 were possible, that would be my rating.

I bought these for my four children, because I mistakenly thought I could get away with a cheaper water pack for our family hikes. I was very wrong. The pack is fine for a cheap water backpack, the water bladder leaks profusely! It is to the point that all of my children were soaked within minutes of starting our hike. My husband and I both checked the bladders during the hike and couldn't see a reason for them to be leaking so badly, we had to empty them completely just to hike back to the car. When we got home we tried to see if there was a problem with the connection on the hose and still could not solve the problem. Do not buy these, unless you like throwing your money away!

Pros: Very cute, super light, holds a lot, has an extra little pocket for storage.Cons: The mouth piece was super wonky. It took me all day to get used to and I ended up having to wrap half my mouth around it to make it work but again, I didn't die of dehydration so I wasn't totally disappointed. Especially for only $13!

My sister bought us this for our walks and we fell in love after the learning curve of figuring some kinks out. Overall this is getting itself worth from us both.

The armband is a really nice idea but I wish it was smaller as it is uncomfortable to wear.

Did what it needed to . Does take a bit of getting used to and didn't have that horrible taste others have.

Gift for my friend she loves it and is very happy with it
