I just read that this salt was formed 250 MILLION years ago, but my bag expires in a few months so my wife is telling me to throw it out. I'm worried that the rest of the cave they are digging this from will go bad soon so we will be buying more. We are thinking that if we freeze it we can keep it longer before the rest of the world supply expires. After all, it's not like salt is sugar and you can just grow more when you need it. Others have complained about the pink color, my wife likes the pink and I like the white, so we spent a few hours sorting out the colored ones from the white ones and now she has girly pink salt and I have plain white. Other than that we LOVE the taste of this salt and use it all the time for fermenting and cooking. I am guessing the stuff that expired can be used to replace halite I use in the winter to keep my stoop clear of ice. :0)

No complaints from me. Product was well packaged with a generous amount of Himalayan salt. Easy to use. Seems to soothe nasal passages.

Not what I figured it'd be. It's extremely expensive and really doesn't do anything. This is more of an item which is struggling to hold onto the previous Himalayan salt craze which I think is kind of over at this point (or maybe not...I don't keep up with trends). I mean, they tote for all of the health benefits and how it's good but I find it a waste of time. I feel like it does nothing, and it doesn't seem to change anything for me, and it's more hassle than it's worth. It's one of billions of products which tell you how it can prevent things or boost health stuff except there's ZERO way of telling if it does anything (like when you get a vitamin that says it helps to prevent cancer like...how would you know unless you were going to get cancer anyway and then how would you link it??) It's tiny. It's cute. But it's worthless. Just another promotional piece of junk in my opinion and not worth the money.

When I saw this online I thought hmmm how would this work? I love that it’s natural idea, but how affective? I can say this does give you a natural clean result once your inhaling in the aroma from the Himalayan salt. It’s affective if you follow the suggestions on the directions.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt is all that I use for cooking, because it is healthier than normal table salt. Why? Because sea salt has a ton of minerals that regular table salt doesn't have. Table salt is just sodium. The price for eight pounds of pink Himalayan sea salt is extremely good, but there's a reason for that. I've used various brands of coarse Himalayan sea salt over the years. All of it has been a pronounced PINK until I received this brand. This salt is mostly white. I don't think that it's as high quality as others that I've used, which is probably why the price is so low. I won't be buying this particular brand again in the future.

Packed well, product box is high quality. The item was packaged beautifully in a velvet, drawstring bag. The salts were individually packaged. The inhaler is high quality and easy to hold and use. Recommend this product.

I read review before receiving, I did receive the correct salt. After 1 week of use my breathing has improved. Try if you haven't already
