Perfect! Just what my little honey bees needed. Very well made, came assembled, and already doing its job, in this heat! Simple to use, just transferred my hive over on it. So glad I purchased this item. Fits perfectly and allows air to flow better in the hive. Great price! Arrived very well packaged.

Amazing product and fast shipping

I ordered the 10 frame, they shipped me the 8. I didn’t look too hard at what I got until I went and put it under the hive. Oops, hive to big. Now it had my attention. Got online with Amazon returns set it up for pick up and a replacement bottom screen board, that’s for a 10 frame. I’m not upset or even slightly mad, I’m a rookie at beekeeping in fact this is my first hive. So they sent my replacement in like two days, faster than the first one. So I have nothing bad to say, they fixed the problem fast no question. That’s why 5 stars. Oh by the way only thing I can comment on is the construction of the board looks real solidly built, no defects in the wood shoot even the corners where 90 degrees. Both Amazon and Beecastle did great.

These bottom board have the most heavy duty screen bottom of any model I have ever purchased. I have bought screen bottom boards from all the top sellers and they don't have a screen bottom this tough. Some might not like the spacing not being 1/16" spacing but the pest management board is totally closed off. My other screen bottom boards are not closed off and bees get under the screen and die when I use oil on the mite check boards because there is no back insert that keeps bees out. Sturdy construction and being wax dipped is the icing on the cake because it is ready to go out of the box. 10 stars for this.

The pull out white board is a piece of foam core. Kind of on the flimsy side. You'll need to be careful with it. The frame and screen are very sturdy. It would have been nice if the pull out board had 1" grid lines too. I have other Bee Castle products and they are well made.

Well made product. Easy to assemble and the design is as described. Great value for the money

My bees loved it. I could see them dancing on the screen. 🐝. The increased airflow in 99 degree temperatures I am sure made them happy. Great product.
