Works great and easy to install. A few tips here
This did just the trick for concealing the power for my F7N Touch dash cam! A few things I will say that I don't remember reading in other reviews, and in case it helps others. One review said they noticed the accessory and constant power wires were mislabeled relative to the instructions, but that was not my experience. Unless I misread the instructions, I was confused why the appropriate fuse taps for my car came with a generic 10 amp fuse preinstalled and had an fuse empty slot below, surely a rookie mistake but I soon found that blank fuse slot on the taps are where I put my vehicle's original fuse that I pulled out, I guess the vehicle fuse I put in the empty slot is supposed to protect the actual equipment assigned to that fuse and the pre-installed fuse is to protect the camera. Lastly, I used my audio fuse as the accessory tap thinking surely that would be ideal because anytime the car is not on or in accessory mode my entire audio system is off. However, when my dash cam would never turn off after connecting it, I realized the audio fuse was actually hot constantly/ all of the time. I didn't have a micrometer to test the fuse, so I just assumed the audio would be a good accessory tap but that wasn't the case. So if you don't have a multimeter to check when a certain fuse is hot and when it's not, this is just something to keep in mind that's something you think could be a good accessory tap might not actually be. Again might be a rookie mistake on my part but maybe this helps somebody else in the future. In general I found the kit fairly easy to install, and I'm not using parking mode right now but it's nice to know I can, I might test it out in the future but I am worried about how quickly it will drain my car battery if the car is sitting for a couple of days (I have a portable jump starter so not a big deal of it dies but still... Not ready to test the waters with parking mode yet). In general, I would recommend this hardwire kit! Some of the hardwire external backup power source kits would also be a great option but those are much more expensive

Works - Test your fuse location first!
This works perfect. To those of you who say the wires are in the wrong order, it is not. You need to test your fuse and and sure the ACC location used for the ACC tap has power only when the ignition is in ACC mode. Same for the Battery + wire. I had an issue when I had constant power on the ACC which was a radio fuse and turns out that fuse has power at all times. I ended up using the Cigarette lighter fuse location for my ACC tap and everything works fine.

cigarette lighter
I bought this hardwire kit for my dashcam so I could keep my windshield clean and power the camera without needing to plug it into the cigarette lighter—and I’m super happy with it!Installation was easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary fuse adapters and tools were included. I had it wired up and running in under 30 minutes, and I’m by no means a car expert. Just make sure to double-check your car’s fuse layout and use a multimeter if you’re unsure! The build quality is solid. The cables are thick, durable, and long enough to tuck neatly along the headliner and down into the fuse box. It also has low-voltage protection, which gives me peace of mind that my car battery won’t be drained if I leave it in parking mode overnight.Since installing it, my dashcam starts up instantly with the ignition and switches into parking mode perfectly. Zero issues so far.If you're looking to clean up your setup and get the most out of your dashcam, this hardwire kit is definitely worth it. Clean look, reliable power, and one less thing to think about.

Lacks functionality EDIT JUNE 2025
Lacks functionality. Might be old stock. Have ordered 2 of these and a friend ordered one too, the two I received are just hardwire kits. Nothing fancy. Friend ordered the same one same link same day and got a much different product, his has the correct functionality where it shuts off the camera if it detects low voltage. Both of mine don't do that, and I've had 7 dead batteries and had to replace 1 due to a dead cell in the battery. Love the cameras and customer support, this is more of a review for Amazon and not the brand Redtiger because Amazon fills and ships it. Wanted to make that clear because it's unfair to the manufacturer to get a bad review because Amazon dropped the ball.Edit 06/03/2025: upgraded from 2 star to 4 star because of the stellar customer service. Without question the manufacturer refunded my purchase price of both, to not be a jerk I simply reordered from the same listing 2 more, and got the correct product. Thus confirming that Amazon did in fact drop the ball and send the wrong product initially. Once these new ones are installed I will see if they function as advertised.

Excellent hardwire kit
This hardware kit is awesome. Very easy to use and comes with a variety of fuse adapters. It has a box with a digital display inline that helps while setting up to indicate whether the fuse is controlled by the ignition or not. Otherwise it display the voltage when the ignition is on. However this isn't something I care about because that box is tucked away behind the dashboard. So you just need to pick two fuses to use, one constant power and one powered when the ignition is on. The wires are colored accordingly and the instructions have step by step directions. Once you plug it in, run the wire under the rubber door seal to the camera and you're done.

Works as designed
No more unplugging camera from cigarette lighter port. Haven't had anyone bump the vehicle while parked, so can't say if it will trip the sensor to record. Also check fuse panel to see if you have an acc connection before running cable, made the mistake of running to passenger side to only have to re-run cable to driver side panel.
