Build quality is good and flame is high
The product delivered on time and safely, The product look very premium and build quality is superb. Most important thing the flame is exactly as shown in the picture and it is very good.

Customer support and service
The product is good. However, the customer support and service is pathetic. I purchased the product on March 24. It has been one month since then. Customer care hasn't assigned the executive so far for the installation.

Design and Service
The stove design has certain inherent flaws. The burners are prone to get dirty and smudgy on account of the space just in the center not being accessible or maneuverable or manageable. The ignition tip and LPG release tips get dirty and cannot be cleaned due to accessibility issues.The after sales services is the worst. We reported the issue of all the burner spark plugs getting activated when you press the knob of one. It should be knob and burner specific. The issue was reported within 3 days of purchase but yet to be attended.The other complaint regarding yet another issue booked on 3.01.2025 is yet to be attended as the service center maintains that the technicians are not available.The e-mails to corporate office and CEO get no response.SIMPLY AVOID!

Product is good and flexible to use.Technician Mr. Israil Khan helped us with the installation of the Stove. His service is very good and if there was a rate I would have rated him 5 out of 5. A very good human being and good service provider.🙏

Okay but failed to perform after an year
I am writing this after an year of usage, in the start it performs vert well, no complaints at all, ignition battery last one year. But as we completed one year of usage getting tons of trouble with in built lighter. before first complaints only one burner had issues now just after 2 months rest 3 burners are gone. Not good
