Manuka Health UMF 22+/MGO 950+ Limited Edition Manuka Honey (250g/8.8oz), Superfood, Authentic Raw Honey from New Zealand

I purchased the 950+ originally because I wanted to test the healing properties of the high potency manuka honey. I've generally only used lower potencies for regular day use - in tea, on toast, in acai bowls etc. When I first tried it, I noticed an unfamiliar spice that was really delicious and complex. The honey is legit! It's definitely the highest quality honey I've ever had and I found that it gave me energy. It also soothes the throat.Then I got positive with COVID. I had all the symptoms and let me say this honey when used with herbal tea really helped my sore throat and my cough. I could feel the effects within 2-5 minutes. It was the only time my sore throat went away fully.In short, I highly recommend if you want to test high potency manuka honey to see the healing benefits. I wouldn't use regularly because it's expensive (use it when you need that extra energy boost), BUT I will be using their lower potency manuka honey daily. I would use this for special occasions. This company produces the highest quality manuka honey I've ever had.

This is a scam!!! This is not Manuka Health honey, it's not even honey. It actually is thin, burnt, dark brown sugar inside. I have reported this to amazon.

I wanted to try the Manuka Health 950 Honey, because I already have the other MGO products and use it daily. Seeing the 950, I knew it had to have alot more of the good stuff packed into a jar. The box and jar were beautiful navy and gold. When I open the jar the golden caramel honey was thick and lush. Golden. The smell was heavenly. I use Manuka Health honey so many ways from my tea, baking, over my acai bowl, to facial mask, wounds, acne, and a teaspoon a day for my overall health. It amazes me how fast it has helped clear up a wound or sore throat naturally. The taste is delicious. I know this honey is rare and special. It is a treat and a need for my health. I won't use anything else.

I have had a number of very premium honeys, honey that isn't just grocery store tupelo, wildflower, or clover honey in a bear. This is smooth enough to be pourable or spoonable, but still has a bit of a texture to it. The flavor is very complex, and notably it is a bit bitter. And that's where I say that this is not to my taste. While I love a honey with a complex flavor (like leatherwood honey), the bitterness threw me off. Maybe use it in a situation where you want some savory flavor too? I have to put some note to the packaging: this is a beautiful box, jar, package, etc. In a situation where you want to give someone a gift that is less common, inoffensive, and anyone would appreciate, like an office party or a housewarming, this is a great choice.J.Ja

I’m a huge Manuka Health Honey Fan.In the past, my go to MGO has been the MGO 573.I decided to treat myself with an “all the way up-grade” to this new premium MGO 950 to see the difference.I compared them side by side and here are my thoughts:*The New MGO 950+ comes in a LIMITED EDITION premium looking box with a sealed in gold tamper proof ribbon.*It’s a much lighter amber in color than the 573 as well as thicker as you can see from my spoon drip.*The taste is also a bit lighter.Overall, I’m excited to try this in the coming months as the 573 was great for my immune system, and a welcome addition to sweetening my tea.

First off, I have used a wide range of MGO honey in the past, and this one does not even compare. Let’s begin from the start… unboxing. The Amazon delivery person threw the package onto my concrete driveway. Thankfully, the package was unscathed. The box it comes in is beautiful, the glass jar, gold seal, it’s perfection. Selfishly I wanted this for myself, but after seeing the packaging, this would definitely be an Amazing gift! It comes with a beautifully printed pamphlet that describes its origins.I immediately had to taste it, it’s a thick caramel color, with a scent that is so sweet, it immediately draws you in.After washing my face, I applied the honey as a face mask. 20 minutes on, washed off in warm water and wow! Skin was silk smooth, exfoliated and pores seemed smaller (doesn’t hurt that this decedent mask is also delicious smelling!)Later made camomile tea and added a small spoon of this… oh my… heavenly…I am excited to explore more ways to use this rare treat. Manuka honey has always been above the rest, but with this 950+ MGO jar, they have truly outdone themselves. To quote Parks and Rec,“Treat yourself!”

Both jars open! Hella mess to expensive to send in paper bag! None returnable no way to tell shipper crappy packaging on their part costly and messy on my side!Not happy !

We have been using this brand in the 550 strength for 15 years. It has never failed us. I recently decided to try the 950. WOW!!! Two of my relatives had crazy skin infections that were worsening by the hour. As soon as I put the manuka on, they immediately started reversing. They were the size of a quarter and went to a dime size in a few hours, then a pea size, then completely healed up in two days. It’s expensive, but just a small amount saved two emergency room visits and maybe a hospital stay, so in my book, it’s the best bargain out there!
