Does not dissolve and has a gritty feel. Both my husband and myself couldn't finish our serving. Waste of money as couldn't return it either.

Really good, and keeps me going through my entire workout.

Solid pre-workout. It won't make you feel jittery unless you are very sensitive to caffeine. It works more through creating the biochemical basis to give you a "pump" rather than through stimulants.
