Noticed an overall difference in health within two weeks. Digestion, appetite, mental alertness mainly. This is a definite part of my diet now. Simple to take as well, actually. Once a day, 10 tabs is how I do it - get it out of the way. It's barely an actual snack, but I tend to treat it that way. Wash it down with water or it stays around in between teeth. I suppose one could just swallow then whole. Never thought about it.

If you can get past the fishy smell and taste long enough to swallow these tablets, I have noticed an a big improvement in my skin.
