This is just what I need it! Easy to install and perfect to keep organized!

The balls do not grip the handles at all. If your broom, mop etc has an end cap it will stop it from falling through but a smooth handle with no end cap will not stay up. The balls act as rollers with little to no gripping action. The functionality is negligible to misleading. Lucky it has hooks so that I can actually hang everything with an end cap or a hole on the end. Smooth broom and mop handles will not have a place on this rack.
