Commercial carpenter here, got this cause we had a more expensive Nikon Transit that had been broken. Bought this quick hoping it would stand up to the price. We have used it so far for framing and ensuring our top track is 100% right on, headers and sills. Slab elevations. It does everything it should and very well. The case is a tight fit so it’s pretty solid for protection. The transit is large but not too heavy. Would definitely use a sturdy tripod. These things just don’t lie if you’re using it right-whether you’re plumbing or trying to level something 100% or just transferring marks. Well worth the money. Thank you Vevor!

Real easy to use and great price.

I needed this transit for a job I was doing. It was easy to get leveled. I did check it for accuracy and was spot on. Optics were sharp and easy to focus. The case is nice tokeep it secure when not in use. This worked well for multiple projects I have done.

Pretty much the worst thing I could think to say about this is that the strap for the case is that you have to be careful or it flips around when you pick it up. This unit works great. Setup is quick. Clarity is good and the price comes in at the right area for this not rich person

the set up is a bit faster than i'm used to with a transit. the franklin principal? the upper stadia is a little hard to see when just looking strait through, not bad, but i have to adjust my posture a bit to see it. the reading in distance comes out correctly. other than that, the optics are clear. about as good as it gets. you have a focus for the eye piece, and then the adjust for the distance to read the rod. the thing has a moveable bezel, which is great.

I have had nothing but trouble with purchasing this level. The first one that I got would only work in daylight. When cloudy nothing can be seen through the lens. They sent me a replacement and that was worse. Short medium or long distance nothing can be focused on. I can see nothing through the lens. Something is wrong internally and there’s nothing they are willing to do to straighten it out. The first one was faulty and they sent me a faulty replacement. They hide their head in the sand and refused to back up their product. My advice is don’t buy from Vevor.
