Perfection.
THE perfect socks! Keeps your feet the perfect temp ( warm or cool ), reduce sweating and the fit is spot on. No seam across the tips of your toes, and beautifully constructed. I'm officially a convert. Worth the money, as they'll last a lifetime.

Super Comfy Socks from A Great Company
When I first started buying Darn Tough brand socks, there was a short period of "sticker shock". I went from paying $20 for a package of 6+ socks to paying $20 per pair. And yeah, the price keeps going up. But here's the thing...these socks are super comfy. They come in all sorts of fun colors, the fabric is wool and will keep you warm in the winter but cool in the summer. I've worn these hiking in snow and at amusement parks in the summer heat. One might care about the color combinations, but have you seen typical kids "these days"? They're wearing mis-match socks anyways. I've gotten compliments on these socks. I have at least a dozen pairs. This pair is one of the newer-to-me designs. They're on the thicker side and I love the cushion. Perhaps I've become a sock snob, but there's a good reason. If these wear down, get a snag, etc...you contact customer service. Send them back to the company and they'll give you credit for a new pair. And, well, I know there are people out there who can buy just one pair, but that's not me. I check my socks a few times a year for "wear and tear" but I think it's been a good 2 years since I've sent them back. These are actually the socks I happen to be wearing today! So, after about 50 washes (cuz I love them and wear them all the time), this is what they still look like. I bought these just under a year ago. The "bunching up" at the bottom of one picture is because I just pulled off my shoe and did a point/flex pose for the 2 pictures. For those that haven't fallen for Darn Tough yet, another reason why I like them so much is that there is no seam at the toes, thus they don't rub against the shoes. My hubby was having an issue where the fabric "pilled" and the Internet said to wash them inside out. That seems to have done away with the problem. Enjoy!

BEST WORK OR HIKKING SOCK
Best sock ever. I wear these year-round when working. keeps my feet dry. They have a great fit with a nice cushion under the foot. The only thing that I can say little tight around the ankle. I like a looser fit. I have a heel spur the sock won't rub a hole into it. They are warm in the winter and keeps my feet perfect temp in the summer.

Protection from blisters and long lasting
Love these socks. Very nice and cushy. Not too thick or thin. Great for hiking.

Nice, warm, cushiony socks
Bought these to wear during colder weather. They are comfy, have a nice cushion to them, and keep my feet warm at home during cold spells. They're also great walking and hiking socks. If your foot size is on the cusp of two size ranges, I would recommending sizing up unless a very snug sock fit is your thing.I'm looking forward to buying another pair or two.

DARN!
These socks are second to none. The durability, comfort, and look are quite amazing. My wife loves them! And we intend on getting a pair every few months. I only wish they were a little bit more affordable!

Warm and comfortable sock
I love these socks for running , walking , outdoors sports and for work. They are comfortable in sneakers and in boots ...they are not itchy and they are not bulky. My feet stay dry and warm in the winter weather. I would recommend these for winter activities.

Darn It
Beautiful wool hiking socks- works of art. I think they were too expensive. I was hoping for perfection, but I will probably go back to discounted Smart Wool or LLBean Cresta Hikers. I wear a woman's size 8 wide shoes/boots. I got woman's size medium Darn Tough Socks. I ordered 8 pairs after reading about these socks and their quality. These socks run long in the foot (for me) and extend past my toes and they are tight on the ankle/calf. They also bunch at the top of the foot near the ankle where the sock texture is different. They don't conform to the foot like other hiking socks like the 10 year old LLBean sock pictured above. These socks fit my daughter better - she wears a size woman's 10-11 shoe/boot. and her ankles are smaller. I guess this is her lucky day. Note*** the quality of these blue monotone socks seems better than the ones with designs stitched into the socks.
