It’s so pretty and it works fantastic. I’ve never had a kettle before! It hits the water up so quickly it shuts itself off its porcelain and the quality is fantastic. I love how wide it is and the designs. It makes it feel so pretty it heats up quickly and you can set it down anywhere and it will not burn a hole.

Update 11/5: Kettle started burning up— horrible burning smell, and made the whole house smell awful. I contacted the company about this, but they never responded. Don’t buy this kettle! This is beautiful and really gets the water hot. Three issues: 1. The cord is very short. 2. The lid is very difficult to put on and take off. You have to get the little bumps just right in the ridges, and that is not always easy because the one side doesn’t seem to be cut smoothly. 3. The outside of the kettle gets VERY hot! So you can not leave it on the counter after you have boiled the water if you have pets or children. And you can’t put it in the sink to let it cool because of the electrical connection. I put a pot over it until it cools. Also, I have burned myself a few times picking it up. Even though the handle is cool, the body is so, so hot. All said and done, it wasn’t cheap, so I will continue to use it until I need a new one, but I wouldn’t purchase this kettle again, even though it is quite lovely.

Bought this kettle almost three years ago and have used it daily. it boils water quickly, consistently, and is adorable on my counter. Cute and practical, i always get compliments on it. i recommend.

So beautiful and worked well for 8 months and then stopped. Such a shame. Hoped for it to last because it boiled the water quickly and kept the water warm for a long time. I’m disappointed the quality wasn’t better. I’ve read other review and others seem to have had the same issue. I’d love to buy it again, but I don’t want to keep buying them every 6-8 months. Not worth it.

Beautiful in my kitchen I got the white and I love the way it looks. It doesn’t hold a lot of water and the pot gets very hot so don’t touch the sides when you’re pouring and when you pour, it comes out slowly not like the metal electric kettle I had prior to.

This has been on my Christmas List for a while. It was love at first site! I wanted to get away from the plastic electric tea pots that used to be popular year ago, and now there are so many nice options! But this was very English Looking and country cottage but clean looking in white ceramic! It heats up water quikly and shuts itself off automatically after heating to boil in about a minute or so. At first the chemical smell was noted, as I had read others reviews, so I boiled an inaugural batch to steam off any chemical treatment from manufacturing. And now it makes plenty of cups of tea, or hot water for any hot drinks or soups, or instant oats. It is very convenient. Thanks so much for my lovely Tea Pot!

I bought this electric kettle last year, and it has already stopped working properly. For a product that’s supposed to be simple and durable, this is very disappointing. It either doesn’t heat consistently or shuts off before the water is fully boiled. What’s worse is the customer service. I contacted the company multiple times for help, but the response was extremely poor. Either they didn’t reply at all, or they were unhelpful and dismissive. There was no real effort to resolve the issue or offer a proper solution. I expected much better quality and support. I would not recommend this kettle or this company to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

Looks lovely just can't use it as non-uk plug.. probably should have noticed that before purchasing.
