I have been taking these for a few weeks. I am not sure what I should expect, but so far I don't notice any difference.

I have been talking this supplement for about 8 months. Not in an attempt to lose weight but to see if it indeed increased my mood. Indeed it did, among increasing my cognitive abilities as well, all this just after a few days of taking it! After about a week I noticed I had dropped almost 4 lbs! After a couple months I went from 175lbs down to 158lbs! I was concerned about the weight loss so I quit taking it and gained my weight back (and loss the other effects). Well I'm back on it again and all the positive effects are back and I'm losing weight again!! This stuff is BY FAR the best supplement I've ever taken hands down!!

No real issues

I am honestly not entirely sure if it's these vitamins or my health issues, I decided to get it because various reviewers have claimed it helps with inflammation. Personally, that does not seem to be the case for me. However, I do notice a spike in energy and drastic weight loss, even when I was exercising full-time (weights, swimming, plyometrics, etc) I didn't get fast results like this. Again, I do have some health issues so this could be a factor, but I have definitely lost a lot of fat fast. At first I was concerned, but it's really nice to start seeing how I looked before my chronic illness hit,it feels really nice to be getting close to the old me again. Outside of that, it doesn't really help with my brain fog, but overall I do feel better in the mornings than I have for a long time so I'd say there is definitely some added energy to my daily routine.
