These are perfect for me. I had surgery and struggle to get the protein and calcium I need and these help and they taste amazing

High Protein and Vegan!
I am not great about eating breakfast, so a protein shake is a good thing for me to have on hand. I really like these Ripple shakes! No trans fats and 20-28 grams of protein keep me full for a good while, at just 200. Calories! These shakes are vegan and come in three flavors. A rich, delicious chocolate, a coffer flavored one that is perfect for breakfast! And a vanilla flavored shake while okay, is not my favorite. They cost about $2.67 each, a bit cheaper if you buy them on auto delivery. I've tried a lot of shakes, and some I love the flavor but hate the chemical additives and artificial sweeteners. So far, these top my list!
