Excellent wine

Great value.
This Malbec is excellent, tasty and smooth and better than many more expensive ones I've tasted. Really fantastic value at a time when wine prices are on the increase. Recommended.

A beautiful Wine - however it would have been nicer if it had been delivered!
A beautiful wine - one of the best Malbecs I’ve tasted. Arrived well packaged. Great price. I’ve bought Cases of this Wine previously. It’s so much a favourite with my friends that around the Christmas Season of 2024 I decided to send 5 Cases of this Wine to friends around the U.K. whom I can no longer see because of my serious underlying health issues and mobility problems. Four of the Cases of the Wine arrived safely, however one Case that was supposed to be delivered by DPD’s Delivery Team to my friends in Scotland never arrived. I’ve tried to contact the Seller to rectify this issue, but on their making enquiries with DPD they responded that the DPD said that they delivered it to the Safe Place at the Address I’d written on the Order! As I hadn’t identified a Safe Place to deliver the order to at my friend’s house this wasn’t possible! My Friends have had problems with DPD deliveries in the past and so have the DPD APP on their Devices. They have specified the correct location of their house as well as photographs of the property on their DPD APP so that DPD can recognise their property easily. Despite my reporting to the Seller that the Wine was not delivered by DPD to my friends the Seller has declined to refund or replace the Wine. I’ve been in touch with Amazon’s Customer Services who have been most helpful in dealing with my complaint and in response to my A to Z Guarantee Complaint Amazon have agreed to refund my Account for the missing Wine. I would have liked to order more of this Malbec but having had such an unpleasant experience this last time I’m not sure that I can take such a risk.
