Great Customer Service from the Seller
We purchased the product, and the postal company lost it in the mail. A second one was sent free of charge. The original one showed up almost two months later. I contacted the seller to let them know I would be returning the first one. They said don't worry about it, it wasn't our fault. Thank you!The product works as designed and fits our vehicle.

My original gas cap was stolen when I was out of town. Bought this one and it’s given me peace of mind. The only down side is the whole cap comes off, there’s no accessory to hold it while you pump gas. But great product overall.

Ok in a pinch?
My Jeep will be a featured booth vehicle at the SEMA show again, and they are saying that this year you need a locking gas cap on any vehicle in the show. Bought this, and the quality is definitely subpar. It works, just the lock feels very janky. As long as it lasts a week, we will be fine, and will have gotten our moneys worth. If you are in search of a long term solution though you may want to look elsewhere.

It doesn’t work!
The gas cap came locked. The key could not go into the keyhole, so it was impossible to unlock. I really wanted this gas cap, so I sent it back and got another one. SAME THING!!! I have given up. I will get my gas cap somewhere else.

The key is very hard to insert and when it finally gets all the way in, then it is hard to turn. Returned.
