I was NOT paid for this review, and I know how valuable an honest review is when deciding on a product you are not very familiar with. I don't want to waste my money either, so be assured this was not solicited. This works really well for me and I highly recommend it. Reputable company and I have confidence in the ingredients (read the ingredients list and you will see what I mean - all natural). I have purchases this several times and recently got my husband using it as well. The taste isn't anything fantastic, but it is palatable and not bad. (I don't like berry very much - I wish they offered other flavors). With that said, for me to say that it is good, is a BIG deal. I only take 2 every day as opposed to the recommended 4. I am 54 years old and just am tired of swallowing pills. I like the gummy option and these have no corn syrup or bad products - reputable company. They have a lot of other ingredients in them that you don't find in other more "popular" brands. This fits my lifestyle better as it is organic. Soft, easy to chew/swallow, pleasant smell and taste, a bit chalky, but not bad for a gummy, a nice "treat" to have right before bed. I will continue using these until they come out in other flavors.

Tastes pretty good and works well. Great quality and I now plan to continue using this product. Highly recommend.

These multivitamin gummies taste pretty bad, but I keep taking them because they’re made from organic whole foods, which gives me peace of mind. Just a heads up—don’t take them on an empty stomach unless you want to feel nauseous. Not the most pleasant, but worth it for the quality

I took these for a couple of years and I was really glad to have an organic multi that wasn't a pill! I appreciate the quality and quantity of ingredients, vitamins, and minerals. I felt like I was getting enough, however, they are very sweet. I did not like feeling as though I was eating candy with my breakfast. That led me to switching over to one of Garden of Life's Vitamin Code capsules that I open into a little bit of orange juice along with my other capsule supplements.

Depending on who you are, these will taste different. I got used to the flavor and now I even enjoy them. But my boyfriend amost threw up when he tried one. As for the quality, the listing speaks for itself, but what I received looks great and is easy to chew. I only wish the gummies wouldn’t stick together, but all gummies do that. You have to shake the container to get them loose again. The ingredients list is impressive so I take these daily along with some other supplements (magnesium, NAC, L-Tyrosine)...

I have trusted Garden of Life with my health for over 2 decades, and at 45, I maintain perfect health.These multis give me loads of energy and a rosy glow to my face. My hair and nails grow like a weed too. I try to consume everything in my diet as organically as possible, because I’m allergic to pesticide. These vitamins deliver. It may not seem like they have much of an impact, because the levels are on the lower end-in particular the B’s. Nevertheless, they deliver on the things that my body needs, and I have to say, even in my mid 40’s, I’m not anywhere near perimenopause nor do I have any of the age related symptoms of it.I have strayed to seemingly greener pastures throughout the last couple of years, in particular a brand called Whole Earth and Sea. Well, that one left me with graying, thinning hair at the crown, and major lethargy. So I’m back to my trusted GOL to fix what those undid. These quickly and efficiently grew my hair back in thick-and fast too. I take them along with their Beauty Beets, and Turmeric gummies—all are organic, all are effective, and SAFE for your body.I do have to add though, for the sheer transparency of it all, their 40+ version of these gummies didn’t agree with me. I ended up breaking out in hives. Don’t know what’s in those, but I steer clear and just stick to this version.I wasn’t paid to write this, I am just putting this out there to help someone, no sense in gatekeeping. These are it folks, it doesn’t get any better than these.

I ignored comments that the taste of this product was objectionable. I wish I hadn’t. Since they are not inexpensive, I kept them and am taking(chewing) them. The taste makes it necessary to take them prior to eating so the flavor doesn’t linger. It does remind me of vitamins you swallow, you just have to chew them! Anyway. I won’t be ordering them again.
